Rita is in her glory
preparing & orchestrating gourmet catered affairs for the Queen of
England, two Presidents and Tampa’s finest. Catering for Corporate
Events, weddings, cocktail & dinner parties, and charitable events
is Rita’s forte.
Rita has spent over 30 years as an innovator in the culinary arena beginning
as the Food & Beverage Director for Curtis Hixon, Tampa’s original
Convention Center to opening restaurants around the city.
